This will result in full, permanent deletion of your account and associated information stored in your account. We will not be able to recover your account after it has been deleted.

Let’s Forage participates in Social Media platforms including Facebook and Instagram ("Social Media") that enable online sharing and collaboration among customers. The Website may allow you to connect to and share information with these various Social Media platforms. These features may require us to implement Cookies, plug-ins, and application protocol interfaces (“APIs”) provided by those Social Media platforms to facilitate those communications and features. Let’s Forge also uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology to analyze social media posts and generate reports for customers.

By choosing to use any third-party Social Media platform or choosing to share content or communications with any Social Media platform, you allow us to share information with the designated Social Media platform. We cannot control any policies or terms of any Social Media third-party platforms. Your use of Social Media is governed by the privacy policies and terms of the third parties that own and operate those websites and not by this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review those policies and terms. As a result, we cannot be responsible for any use of your information or content by a third-party platform, which you use at your own risk.

11. INFORMATION SECURITY

We take the security of your Personal Information seriously. We use reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to maintain the security and privacy of Personal Information we collect and use. When disclosing Personal Information, you should remain mindful that there is always risk in sending Personal Information using the internet.

12. DE-IDENTIFIED / AGGREGATED DATA

We may aggregate or de-identify Personal Information we collect through our Website and when operating our business. For example, we may aggregate Personal Information to calculate the percentage of users in a particular zip code. Once information or data has been de-identified and/or aggregated, such information is no longer Personal Information.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits customers of a company who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, information about the Personal Information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. 15. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

We do not direct or target any of our Website, products, or Services to children under the age of 16. If we learn that we have collected the Personal Information of anyone under the age of 16, we will take appropriate steps to delete this information.
